Dr. Assad Saif is an adjunct professor at Pacific Theological Seminary and an experienced pastor and leadership coach who has served in ministry since 1999. He holds a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry in Missional Effectiveness from Bethel University.

Dr. Saif planted and has led Orchard Church in Escondido, California, since 2011. His ministry centers on biblical teaching, discipleship, and fostering a culture of hospitality that reflects the heart of God.

In addition to his pastoral work, Dr. Saif provides leadership coaching and strategic guidance to organizations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. His teaching and mentoring emphasize the integration of theology, leadership, and spiritual formation. He is deeply committed to equipping others to lead with wisdom, humility, and integrity in every sphere of life and ministry.
